Our recruitment team have immediate contract assignments for experienced 360 internal recruiters with mining clients in the CBD.

The person would be a self-starter, a strong internal recruiter with a background in the mining/resources industry, summary of main responsibilities are as per below;

  • Assisting Hiring Managers in the development of PDs and coordinating Exec approvals
  • Posting job adverts on Seek and LinkedIn
  • Scheduling and conducting Interviews
  • Following the recruitment process with pre-employment checks
  • Creating employment offers for Exec approvals and liaising with successful candidates
  • Completing Onboarding requirements and liaising with Payroll for new starters

These are long term (6 months) assignments, one with a view to going permanent.
